Output Sports and Setanta College today announced a first-of-its-kind strategic partnership to equip both new graduates and female practitioners with the practical knowledge and tools they need to successfully advance their careers in human performance and development.
This groundbreaking collaboration will see Output Sports provide affordable, accurate, and scalable testing technology to new graduates of Sports & Performance courses from Setanta College.
As part of the agreement Output Sports is launching a ‘New Graduate Fund’ worth €250,000 to support emerging Strength & Conditioning, Performance Coaches and Rehab Specialists as they kick start their professional journey.
Setanta College is committed to providing graduates with specialised expertise and practical competence. With this partnership, graduates can now enter the workforce equipped with the necessary tools to apply their practical knowledge in a flexible, portable, and affordable manner.
“We understand the financial challenges that new graduates face when embarking on their careers. As coaches and sports scientists, our team has been through it themselves. This fund aims to support both new and female graduates by providing them with elite-level technology at a price they can afford, allowing them to focus on launching their careers and applying their learning in practice,” stated Marin O’Reilly, CEO of Output Sports.
Micheál Cahill, Chief Operating Officer of Setanta College, said “We are dedicated to preparing our graduates with the skills and expertise to make a meaningful impact in the realm of sports performance. Collaborating with Output Sports through the ‘New Graduate Fund’ will provide our graduates with affordable access to cutting-edge technology, equipping them to excel in their careers from day one.
This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering inclusivity and excellence in the industry and we are excited about the possibilities it opens up for our graduates, particularly in promoting female representation in the field.”
Through the ‘New Graduate Fund,’ recent graduates of Setanta College can apply for a grant that covers their entire software subscription for the first year, followed by substantial discounts for the subsequent two years as they find their feet in the working world.
In a bid to enhance female representation in sports performance, the fund will also guarantee that any new female graduates receive a grant. Complete details about the fund and application process can be found at https://www.outputsports.com/partners/setanta-college-new-graduate-grant
